Our theory of change
Our theory of change, or impact hypothesis, is simple. By sharing our knowledge and experience; and by building the capability of others, we can create more impact through the decisions that organisations make.
This reflects our core strategy: to deliver capability-building advice and support programmes that empower senior decison-makers to create actionable plans for driving systemic change.
